Less is More - Celebration

Another busy week...but always have time for another challenge.  Today we are starting a new challenge at Less is More!  Our theme for this week is Celebrations!  Doesn't get better than that...we can always find something to celebrate!

Here's my take on the theme...

I'm a HUGE fan of the Stamping Bella stamps and this one is no exception.

I also love bright colors so to combine these two thing is a celebration within itself!

Addicted to CAS - Heat

Another beautiful day...just back from a month long trip to Switzerland and managing to get back into being home.  Lots to do and take care of ... but always find some time to take my puppy for a long morning walk.

We have another challenge starting today at Addicted to CAS.  Our theme is Heat.  Here's my take on the challenge...

My little guy is suffering from a bit of a fever and is trying to enjoy a little cup of hot cocoa. 

Also, I heat embossed the sentiment.  So all in all a bit of a different take on the code word...but hey...gotta shake things up a bit!

Less is More - Spots

Wow, it has been beautiful out...finally some summer weather.  Just nice enough to take the dog out for his walks without him getting too hot!

Addicted to CAS - Father

What a terrific start to the summer...a little surprise from my husband and I'm taking full advantage of it!  Thank you wonderful husband.

We have another challenge starting over at Addicted to CAS and our theme is perfect...Father's!  Always nice to recognize those fabulous men in our lives.  Here's my take on the theme...






I love this fun stamp from My Favorite Things...I've been eyeing this little guy for awhile and finally decided to purchase it.  I colored this bad boy using my copic markers and added a bit of color with the speech bubble.  Super fun!

Less is More - Embossing

It been a bit like fall weather...an unexpected rain storm kept us off the courts, but hopefully the weather is going to be a bit more like summer soon!

We have another challenge starting over at Less is More.  Our theme for this challenge is Embossing.  You can either heat or dry emboss--choices are always good.

Here's what I came up with for the challenge...

My niece is graduating from high school, so I thought I would make her some personalized stationary.  Something she will have when she goes off to college---maybe she'll write home the old fashion way!

Anyhow a quick and simple card.  The added embossing makes it look a bit more professional.

Addicted to CAS - Graduation

We are getting closer to the summer...can't believe it is almost here!  Where did the time go?? We have another challenge starting today at Addicted to CAS.  Our theme for this week is Graduation...yes, it is already that time of year again!

Here's my take on the challenge...

I recently picked up this sweet image from no other than Stamping Bella and had so much fun working with this one.  So many fun ways to color this little Odd Ball. I used my Copics and added a bit of color and celebration on the right hand side of the card!

Super fun!

Less is More - Beverages

Another nice relaxing weekend on tap...little time on the courts, time with the husband and time with the puppy!  Super fun!

Here's my take on the challenge...

Using my favorite Odd Ball characters from Stamping Bella---which are just the best!  This one in particular is so funny---she just cracks me up!

I stamped this little sweetheart and colored her with Copics.  I added a few silver stars to give her a little pop and done!  Super fast and easy!
