We have another challenge starting over at Less is More. This week our theme is Primary Colors! Perfect for this time of the year. Check out what the design team has come up with. If you play along, you'll have a chance to win gift certificates for Uniko and Purple Princess Diaries!
Here's my take on the challenge...
Super fun card to make. I love this little stamp set!
I started my doing a partial die cut of the snow peeps. I then stamped the images and colored them with copic markers. I then used embossing paste to add the snowflakes in the background.
I popped the snow peeps up on foam tape, added the sentiment and done!
Here's a close up of the image. you can see the snow flakes a bit in the background.
Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

I loved this when I first saw it, Susan. Such a cute design and your colouring is faultless as always. Love the grey background too xx
ReplyDeleteOoh this card is so cute! Love the sweet snow couple on their snow bank in the snow! Cool idea to use embossing paste for the snow! xxx
ReplyDeleteI love this card, Susan. It looks really posh and impressive, but would also make a super batch card - I may need to CASE this for some of my friends if that's ok! The coloured card stock in the background sets the snowflakes and scene off to perfection. Just gorgeous! Have a lovely weekend x
ReplyDeleteAwww. This is such a sweet couple Susan. Your tricks with the partial cutting and the embossing paste are really effective. A fab Christmas scene. xx
ReplyDeleteThis is the most adorable snow couple, Susan! I love your usual crisp design and the vibrant touches on their hats and scarves. The embossing paste snowfall is perfect too. Have a great week x
ReplyDeleteYour card is simply adorable, those snow people are just too cute and beautifully coloured. Loving the neutral CS to showcase the snowfall. Beautifully done. Hugs Bev x
