What a beautiful week...it feels like the middle of summer! The dog is wiped out because he is not yet ready to for the heat!
I have a giveaway going on...if you are interested, check it out here!
We have a new challenge starting over at Addicted to CAS. Our theme for this challenge is Rain. We had plenty of that up until this past week. So in honor of my puppy, who doesn't like the rain, here is my take on the challenge.
Then using distressed ink I sponged two types of ink: squeezed lemonade and Mustard Seed over my sun ray stencil from My Favorite Things.
I then die cut my cloud parade from Simon Says Stamp and glued it down. I added some vellum to a few of the clouds to give it some interest.
I found a sentiment that fit perfectly in the open space and used my Versafine Ink, my favorite sentiment ink.
Susan, this is SO CUTE! Love every little bit of it! :)ReplyDelete
This is just adorable, Susan. I love the way you faded the sun rays as they come out of the clouds. That little pup and his colorful umbrella are too cute.ReplyDelete
You always create the cutest cards and this is one of my faves, Susan! I love how you stenciled the sun rays behind your stormy clouds and your Copic coloring is flawless! Clever 'rainbow' of colors, too :)ReplyDelete
This card is so cute, I love the little dog with the cute umbrella :)ReplyDelete
That pup with the bright umbrella is so cute, Susan. I love the way the rays come from the top and fade out. I'll have to remember that.ReplyDelete
