Another challenge starting over at Less is More. Our theme for this challenge is Monochrome. So many ways to go with this one...at first I did a one color card in just blue, but noticed that I had stamped the image black so technically it was now black, blue and white. So I decided to just keep it simple and go with shades of grey. Here's my take on the challenge.
Super quick card. I stamped my images and used my cool grey copic markers and colored in the images. I decided to keep it super clean and simple and didn't even add shading since grey flowers are not the norm...but seems fitting for a sympathy card.
Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!

I think the super CAS look is perfect for a sympathy card. The look of these flowers is very sweet and I love the placement of them on your card front. xxx
ReplyDeleteNot the easiest cards to make, I think it looks wonderful in grey tones, maybe better than the blue you intended..
ReplyDeleteA beautiful card Susan. You were right not to add shading to those flowers because they look terrific as they are. A difficult card type to make, but you've made it so easy with this one xx
ReplyDeleteSimple and subtle.. perfect for a sympathy card! Love it. xx
ReplyDeleteClassy CAS-tastic and a perfect example of monochrome Susan. Beautiful crisp and neat stamping as ever! x
ReplyDeleteA simple but beautiful Sympathy card ! As you say these grey flowers fit perfectly this kind of card. Typical example of "Less is More" and CAS look ! Have a great week. Hugs xx
