This has been a strange weather week...kinda like winter...cloudy and a bit cool. Oh well, it makes nice tennis weather. Next week, we will be seeing some summer weather.
We have a new challenge at Addicted to CAS. Our theme for this week is Sea! I did something a bit different, but hey, isn't that what being creative is all about. Here's my take on the challenge...
Super quick and easy. I used some patterned paper that looks like sand and simply stamped some flip flops. I added a bit of color and my sentiment strip. I think this took 5 minutes :)
Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
Thanks for stopping by!
I really love your take on the code word, Susan. Love those flip flops in the sand, and the aqua banner for the sentiment. I can smell the salt air! I am at the beach as I type. It is a beautiful day here as well after a long bout of sno so nice weather! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteRight where I would like to be right now! Love, love, love your 'sandy' background with all those fabulous flip-flops, Susan! The perfect sentiment, too...Love it!
ReplyDeleteI hope the weather improves for you with lots of sunshine and a warm breeze :)
This is just lovely!!!
ReplyDeleteThat dp is perfect for your flip flops Susan...such a brilliant, CAS take on the code word. Don't you just love 5 minute cards that look great?!
ReplyDeleteThis is a really funny take on the code word. Love it :)
ReplyDeleteTake care.

This is so cute, Susan, and I have several sheets of that sand paper. Now to get a flip flop stamp. ;)
