Less is More - Colored Cardbase

Another beautiful week here in California.  It has been a hectic week, but for all good reasons.  Tons of fun, tennis, and family!  Doesn't get better than that!

Remember...I have a Giveaway going on for another week, so find out how to participate here!

We have another challenge starting over at Less is More.  Our theme for this challenge, which will be running for two weeks, is using a colored cardbase...anything but white!  On top of that, this is a one layer challenge.  I love one layer challenges, because I can color, which is my favorite technique. However, this gave me a bit of pause with a color card base...so instead, I went for super simple!

  1. This looks great, Susan! The sentiment font type goes very well with the leaves you used with it and the green base is the perfect choice for leaves! Very pretty!

  2. A stunning and simple design Susan but so effective and I love that delicate shade of green for your cardbase. Gorgeous detail with the stitched edge too. Have a fun weekend and hope the weather stays fine for all your tennis games. x

  8. I love everything about this, Susan. The simple stamped linear design and that GORGEOUS shade of green. Clean and simple at its best. That is the exact shade of green I wanted to paint my hall but couldn't find it so went a bit more minty! lol xx

  12. What a fab card Susan, and leaving the leaves uncoloured makes it super striking. Lovely images. Sorry for the late visit - have had a super-busy time preparing for this trip to the U.K. xx
